Here’s How:

1. Check online HERE for our most up to date schedule of classes.
2. Fill out our Waiver and bring it with you to our gym
3. Pay for your class online & show coach a receipt OR pay when you show up
4. Arrive 10 min early and let the coach know about any injuries or concerns
**For your safety, we do require drop-ins to have at least 3-6 months experience with an affiliated CrossFit Gym in order to drop into our CrossFit Group Classes.
