CROSSFIT IS MORE THAN JUST A NAME

To us, CrossFit is more than just a workout or the name of the latest fitness trend. Rather, we see it as an embodiment of our philosophy, of the mind and body, a way to make the most of our individual potential. We do this through our dedication to two main tenants: technique and mental fortitude.

 

Technique

 

Unlike many CrossFit boxes, we realize that repetitions mean nothing if your form isn’t correct. In fact, you can become seriously injured if you are not lifting correctly. By emphasizing quality over quantity, we create a culture that puts a high premium on excellence. Make no mistake, you will be challenged when you workout here. But because of this, you will also emerge a better athlete who knows how to lift while taking care of your body’s health.

 

Mental Fortitude

 

In the words of Gandhi, “Strength does not come from physical capacity. It comes from an indomitable will.” Mental resilience is not born overnight. Just like the physical component of working out, it takes time and practice to achieve. We understand this and give you the time and resources you need to achieve success. Whether it’s getting the will for another lift, or needing some advice on getting fit, we’ll be right there to help you along.
