Jacqueline Bernal Last spring Jacqueline walked away from our 21-Day Reset over 8lbs lighter and with some healthy habits that stuck! Now just a year over starting with us, and she’s dropped a total of 20lbs, plus she has gained confidence using heavier weight and challenging herself with all different exercises.  Jacqueline serves as a role model for her two kids. She reminds us that getting out of your comfort zone and challenging yourself is important to see big changes in your mind, body and lifestyle. Changes noticed: In this last year, oh so many changes! Kendra Wiggins   Kendra came to Innate about 6 months ago looking for workouts that were a better fit for her schedule. She's got 2 young boys and a job in healthcare. Coming from a long history of competitive running and athletics, she got into CrossFit 4 years ago. Kendra shows up very consistently when she's not traveling with her family on various adventures. When she shows up she gives her all to every workout. She’s not loud or boastful about her awesome fitness, just leads by example with hard work and focus.   A few months ago we started seeing a tiny belly poking out and she told us she was pregnant with #3! Jeff Matson   Jeff started a little over a year ago with not much going on in the athletic/fitness/muscle department. He never played any sports or worked any exercise program outside of skating and surfing growing up. He had constant back pain, could only do a few pushups, no pull ups, and was winded after the warm up. Now he’s pain-free in his back and looks 10 years younger, he’s more fit and toned than ever. Jeff can now deadlift 265#, do 3 strict pull ups, and he’s finishing even the toughest workouts.   Thanks to his commitment and dedication, 12 months of showing up 3+ times/week and putting in extra work on important goals, he’s transformed his health and fitness.
