``To date since I've been doing these challenges, last October being my first, I've lost 26lbs, 8% body fat, and lots of inches all over. All my clothes fit me big and I hardly have anything to wear now. It's a nice problem to have. 🙂 I'm taking care of myself and that feels good. It's not always easy, especially working full time and having two little ones at home but you guys have been great at reminding us it's about small changes and that I can do.
